We are pleased to let you know that we are accepting Preliminary Applications for the K-L YES Program Spring Semester 2027

Important Instructions

1. Prepare soft copy of one recently taken passport-size picture, and clear scans of birth certificate, and transcripts of 2024, 2025, and 2026. The scans must be in JPG/ JPEG format, and the file size must not exceed 2 MB. Having a passport is not mandatory at this stage, but if you have one then prepare a clear scan of the information page (the page containing your picture).
2. Go to the Preliminary Application Portal at the link provided below.
3. Click on “Register to Apply”. To register, correctly input the required information and click on “Register”
4. A verification link will be sent to the email provided during registration. This might take a few minutes. Wait patiently till receiving the email. Once you receive the email, click on “Verify my email”. This will take you to the application portal again. Now log in to the portal with the email and password you provided during registration. After logging in, start completing the Preliminary Application for the K-L YES Program Spring Semester 2027.
5. The applicant must click on the “Save” button after completing each section (Student, Academic, School, Guardian, etc). Similarly, when uploading documents on any particular page, the “Save” button must be clicked after each upload.
6. Once an applicant reaches the “Review” page, they can check the information already provided in the portal. The “Review” page will give the final opportunity to make any necessary edits. Once reviewed, click on “Confirm Data”. After this step, no further edits can be made. Finally, click on “Next Page”.
7. On the “Signature Page,” click on “Download Form.” The full application will be downloaded onto the computer. Keep the soft copy of the application safe, and also print out a copy for future reference.
8. From the printout, take the page labeled “Signature Page” and add the required signatures. Make a clear scan of only the signature page. (JPG/ JPEG format and must not exceed 2 MB)
9. Upload only the signature page and click on “Save”. Once saved, click on “Next Page”.
10. On the next page, the application can finally be submitted after the applicant agrees to the statement mentioned.
11. Once an application is submitted, the applicant will receive a confirmation on the email, provided earlier during registration. The Applicant Id will be provided on the confirmation email. In addition to that, a PDF copy of the application will be sent to the applicant on the confirmation email.
